This collaborative project aims to raise awareness about homelessness by drawing a provocative parallel between medieval "masks of shame" and contemporary societal perceptions of homelessness. The concept leverages the historical context of these punitive masks—designed to humiliate and ostracize—to illuminate how modern attitudes and stigmas similarly marginalize homeless individuals.
